    Hi,

I've just ordered an LG CX 55" which should be delivered soon, however I won't be setting up the TV for a couple of months as the room for it isn't ready yet.

I've had a TV delivered before where the screen was cracked on arrival and the unit had to be replaced. If I open the box in two months and there is an issue with the TV, will I still be able to get a replacement? I'd prefer not to open the box until I'm ready to set it up if possible.

    Hi OhHiMark.

Thanks first of all for the order :)

You would need to open the TV once it delivered unfortunately to check its not damaged.
We only have a few days to be able to report damages to the courier.

We can not accept damaged item 2 months after purchase unfortunately as the unit would have been in your possession and could have been damaged at any time with those two months.
We strongly recommend all our customers inspect their order as soon as it arrives.

Any issues please let me know.
