Santiago del Estero with a monster score there. Seems to be well liked.

    1. Carabobo (VEN) - interesting imagery and layout
    2. Boquerón (PAR) - plain but nice colours
    3. Amazonas (BRA) - I'm not a fan of the starry style here
    4. Cordillera (PAR) - too fussy

Carabobo (VEN) Unusual, not too jarring, easily indentifiable

Cordillera (PAR) Pleasant enough does the job

    Amazonas (BRA) Weak
    Boquerón (PAR) Very weak

Too late. Wouldn't have made a difference but what was wrong with Cordillera people?

Recife is a bit too out there to top the group for me I think.

But Tarija is just Indonesia, so it's last. San Luis with the deer kissing under the sun is nice.

Recife I like it, cool lion, easy to spot not too jarring
San Luis not bad, two deer(?) canoodling on the prairie, OK
    Tarija Oh dear

    Bogotá Just no

Recife - a bit mental looking, I like it
    San Luis - cute deers
    Bogotá - nice looking flag
    Tarija - way too dark

    1: Recife - oooh kinky

2: Bogotá - nice and neat

3: San Luis - nice enough crest

4: Tarija - its silky so lifts it a bit with just the two colours

Apurímac Tidy looking flag. A footballer, a mountain and a pie, why not?

Amapá OK good use of shapes if they'd have thought about the colours more

    Canindeyú
Aragua No colours are awful, reminds me of a flat we lived in once

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,925 ✭✭✭✭Electric Nitwit

    Mad group :D

1 Apurímac - so much happening but it holds it together somehow
2 Aragua - again, it's busy but looks good
3 Canindeyú - I like the fact the stripes aren't even, keeps you on your toes
4 Amapá - I actually really like it, but something has to come last

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,835 ✭✭✭ari101

Hard to split some of these, I dislike stuff about lots...

    1. Amapá - interesting, nice colours and unusual border lines
    2. Canindeyú - a slightly different take on stripes
    3. Aragua - let's mess with the spanish flag and stick a crest on it
    4. Apurímac - a tale of two disjointed halves

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,925 ✭✭✭✭Electric Nitwit

    Weirdest one yet!

I like Amapa. Neat, distinctive, and the colours and design work well.

The other three are all varying shades of weird, worth seeing, but I'd dump them all out if I could. But I'll go -

    Amapa
    Apurimac
    Canindeyu
    Aragua

Haha, it's usually Purg's vote I'm cancelling, clearly I decided to mix it up ;)

1: Amapá - Thus makes me feel at ease. Maybe its the navy and green. And the stripes are perfect. Me likes

2: Aragua - thats nice. And angels are lovely so its a holy I can handle..

3: Canindeyú - actually really like this. Blue/navy, white and red is always nice together. And green is always nice to see, so its a yes

4: Apurimac - I'm just not fond of the purple & lilac, too dull. But other than that, nice flag. Love the crest.

Not a bad round at all, at all !
