    Rio Grande do Sul - best of a meh bunch
    Cañar - only because the other two fcuked it up so badly for themselves
    Beni - well I suppose Libya aren't using this flag any more
    Arica y Parinacota - when your flag is so sh*te that even the single coloured flag is better than it you know it's time for a change

    Rio Grande do Sul - nice enough diagonal effort
    Cañar - not great but better than the next two
    Beni - would be last in a lot of the other rounds
    Arica y Parinacota - more of a logo than a flag. Awful.

    Rivera - I like the asymmetry of the thicker blue band on the left
    Ica - unusual colours and design
    Presidente Hayes - it's fine, hard to go wrong with green and white
    Tumbes - Unique design? Check. Nice bright happy colours? Check. Squashing the name of your province unnecessarily into the corner? And it was going so well...

    Rivera - nice but feels like it should be the flag of a South American football team
    Presidente Hayes - decent, I thought there might be an Irish connection given the name and colours but there isn't.
    Ica - horrible design, horrible colours
    Tumbes - a bad MS Paint effort, the lettering is particularly poor.

    Boyaca - very nice layout and decent colour scheme

    Rondonia - Also nice, looks like a star sitting on top of a mountain

    Riseralda - ok but a bit plain

    Quito - horrible overcomplicated crest in the middle
