    Don't know what to make of Chaco - different, sure, but I think it's a bit too busy and unharmonious. I'm leaning towards not liking it.

    Santa Elena is a very interesting colour set though. And I like the other two as well, although Ceara is a bit of a cheap rip-off of the Brazil flag.

    The last two lose points for borrowing too heavily from their countries' national flags.

    Vargas I wasn't sure about this one, until I saw the last two. Its neat enough stripes on the right, stars on the bottom but there's something not quite and it eludes me.
