    Nope I don't know but the flag appears to be very new, designed in 2015

    The Flag of Lavalleja, Uruguay, uses the colors of the Lavalleja coat of arms. It has in its middle strip a representation of the Sierras de Minas, together with the inscription LAVALLEJA in all-capitals.

    They are badly drawn mountains boys and girls.

    Suriname - has always been one of my favourite national flags
    Roraima - nice but I don't think the red stripe adds to it
    Zamora-Chinchipe - decent as tricolours go
    Corrientes - OK but there seems to be a lot of those kinds of flags in that part of the world so it's in last place here for me.
