La Rioja - kind of an unusual design with the diagonal across a two colour background. Not sure it really works, but best of an average lot.
Federal Dependencies of Venezuela - a fish? Sure why not, especially as it looks like a happy fish.
Colombia - hard to get too enthusiastic about it
Sorocaba - going for the Bhutan style and then ruining it with a truly awful crest. Needs more dragon!
