    Sucre - am I being swayed by a silky ;) I prefer the shade of blue on this one and I feel the other one has a more cartoonish vibe

    Rio Grande do Norte (BRA) - the overall colour scheme is more pleasing to me and thr crest on the other one is way too detailed

    La Araucanía (CHI) - again I like the colour scheme, the white brings definition to the crest and brightness to the flag
