1. Belém (BRA) - love the colour scheme, the crest is more detailed than I usually like but over all I fee this flag has class
2. Vaupés (COL) - simple, maybe a tad too simple hmmm?
3. Wiphala (Andean Peoples) - clearly they were high but the colours cheered me up
4. Salta (ARG) - not a huge fan of the colour scheme

1: Aysén - I like the silk flags, but I do like the crest on it too

2: Mérida - Nice colours. Simple but still has some thought put into it

3: Pastaza - looks a bit boring here but I'm sure on the flagpole it would look much better

1. Mérida (VEN) - flag like, not revolutionary, not too fussy, not too plane, dare I say inoffensive
2. Aysén (CHI) - I think this is doing well be virtue of my lack of preference among the others
3. Pastaza (ECU) - too much yellow
4. Paraíba (BRA) - Not sure what Nego means in Portuguese but I don't really like writing on a flag
