Santiago del Estero - I like the vertical stripes of differing widths, the shade of blue and even the small cross

Carabobo - is it a sun bridge, a sun gate (lads this is VEN not PER? ) In any case it is interesting and more pleasing to the eye than the alternative

Apurimac - very unique + there used to be a band in Greece with that name that they played latin music and I used to like
San Luis - lovely scenery with the 2 deer and the mountain and sun on the back

M36: Amapa I like the colours, the strips and the diamond thing. the other is a bit plain

Second match was really splitting hairs. Even Stephens with reasons as far as I'm concerned. My personal preference draws a blank too so I flipped a coin. With that said...

Amazonas - the iconography is much more interesting than most and definitely nicer than a few stars and stripes

Rio Negro - some nice blue, and an interesting representation on the white background including some water for Rio

M37: Amazonas - not really sure why they are trying to kill the kitty but its green and it's silky ..
M38: Imbabura - i like the center of the other one but I have issues with the paler blue. so Imbabura because it's a nicer blue and because I actually really like that flag

that pale blue now makes me think of the 'who'd live in a house like this thread' few days ago with Miriam O Callaghan's crib painted head to toe in that blue. with the most depressing kitchen ever seen. I think i've a new hate for the colour
