M39: Zulia - its a bit dark but tis interesting. and of course its better than the pale blue
M40: Florida - hmm bit of tough one but Florida is nice and sharp looking. And I like the crests in the top corner. switches it up a bit from being in the center.
Valparaiso has the crown but there's a bit too much blue. and the words are very tacky in this one. it was nice in some of the other flags

I can only see Casanare and Ica here.

I've googled the other two, and I'm going to stick with Casanare and Ica. I like Ica actually; very different, but works well. Even if it has its name on it...

They were slow to load but they're all there now - for me at least

Missed the last match but Rio Negro is a loss, I thought that was a much nicer flag than the one that beat it.
