    Not huge on Ica, but it has an originality about it whereas the other is very similar to the flags of Romania and Chad, just flipped on its side.

    Rio Grande has a bit of everything. Nice colours. Diagonal stripes. Bit of something in the middle. Well balanced. Gets my vote.

    Rio Grande do Sul - good colours, nice diagonal. The other one is a bit "footbally" and this is a flag contest, not a football crest one, so Rio Grande it is.
