    Both excellent flags.

    Santa Cruz gets my vote, I just think it flows a bit better than Coquimbo, the setting sun into the waves under a blue sky is a nice image.

    Suriname - one of my favourite national flags. To be fair the other one isn't bad but the sun thing on the left hand side ruins it a bit.
