    Lima
    Neembucu
    Quindío
Caldas (I can hear the Healy Raes just looking at it)

    Caldas (COL)
    Quindío (COL)

    These two are weak but

    Neembucu (PAR) WTF
Lima City (PER) Not a fan of Prussian eagles

I think you may have realised this by now but I'll say it anyway. I sometimes have to use a different style of flag when white is a major component of the banner as it doesn't show up well otherwise. This isn't an attempt to curry favour or isn't just random, just a necessity. I'd love to use just the silky ones but they're not all available.

Oh wow is the Buenos Aires one on an actual silk flag rather than just a white backround!? Ah even better if it is. I'm off to Google that in a min..

    Caldas - for Michael Murphy!
    Quindío - for Naby Keita!
Lima City - those Eagles are terribly drawn
Neembucu - not even your fancy presentation can un-meh it :p

This madness. As of these votes, all four flags are even. 10 points each.

1: Lima City - birds, crowns & neatness. & mustard isn't as offensive as yellow so..

2: Neembuca- not sure about it being a flag but its a cool picture

    3: Caldas - its alrite.i suppose

    4: Quindío- bit rasta looking

  • Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 7,219 Mod ✭✭✭✭cdeb

The Neembucu flag looks cool, but it's just excessive wavy effect. It's really a tricolour.

So Lima the only interesting one here.

Then Quindio, Caldas, and Neembucu last for cheating me into thinking it was more interesting than it really is

Again, that's just because the wiki database that has all the flags doesn't up the white very well. If I use it, it deceptively looks like a two striper.

Yeah, that's fair, but whoever did the wavy really overdid it!

    Lima City (PER) - BIRDS
Neembucu (PAR) - not as cool without the wavy paint effect but still a decently put together horizontal tri-colour
Caldas (COL) - are you sure this isn't my local GAA club?
Quindío (COL) - we're not in Africa now Toto, stop ripping off their flags.

Jujuy (ARG) - Why are they shaking hands in front of a hat on a stick while the sun watches creepily? And do we even care? It looks nice!

Cotopaxi (ECU) - Simple but effective. Also Cotopaxi is a big volcano so the flag perfectly captures the two core elements; things that are lava (red) and things that are not lava (blue)

Rio de Janeiro (BRA) - the colours kinda remind me of Bavaria, which makes me want beer. I don't have beer. I am now sad and blame this flag for my troubles.

Guyana - it's just a bit....loud. And has no birds or hat on stick to impress me.

Rio de Janeiro (BRA) I like these two distinctive yet classy

    Jujuy (ARG)
Guyana - Awww did you really want to be a pennant
Cotopaxi (ECU) - shall we leave like that, shure be grand

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,645 ✭✭✭SineadSpears

1: Rio - the light blue works here & its a really nice flag

2: Jujuy - as much as I like the silk flags, I'm not even that keen on this. The Smurf hat bothers me

3: Guyana - doesn't look great in the picture but I imagine as a flag, it might look better in the flesh

4: Cotopaxi - its two colours..
