Just wondering if anyone has done this recently and could give an idea of cost.
We have a typical suburban Dublin semi-d. Previous owners added a single storey side extension, built with a view to building over at some stage so foundations are good. No access issues.
We're looking at 2 new rooms, 27sqm in total. Current bathroom to be turned into en suite and small bedroom which shares a wall with the current bathroom to be turned into new bathroom. Builders finish would be fine, can price fittings, etc separately.
Can't get a builder out at the moment to give a guesstimate so just checking here.
