try should have stood. happy for wales to win 6 nations. why not, but they are not great and have been super, super lucky.

    It is red.

But I feel fairly crap about the fact a deliberate eye gouge and a best effort to make a safe belly to belly tackle (Aki) results in the same sanction.

Tom Jones will release the song "3 out of 5 red cards ain't bad" to celebrate Wales hollow Grand Slam.

Ref has decided a home nation will win this. End of.

I think we all knew how this was going to go when the 3rd welsh try was given.

What a shambolic performance from the officials. Absolutely embarrassing

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

    Olllvon killed that.

Pearce had to be reminded of his warning he was almost going to let them away with it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,353 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

At least the referee has been consistent.

    Well there's the yellow eventually.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Williams was on Ollivon’s neck there, no?

I'm happy for Wales. They deserve the slam. They didn't cause the red cards, that's on the opposition.

    14 Vs 13 now.

Wales and France should play each other every week.

    **** off Williams

    Finally a card for Wales.

The thing is that advantage is a huge part of the game. If you have advantage don't do something stupid. Or in general really.
That said, multiple cynical infringements are a pain in the hole. If there are multiple yellow card infringements then give multiple cards. It'd clean up the game

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,230 ✭✭✭A-Train

Wales another yellow card with less then 10 mins to go.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,357 ✭✭✭✭sligeach

    France butchered that chance.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,353 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Fickou needs to shut up and get on with it.

Wales are down to 13 and France could still win this.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,307 ✭✭✭tanko

How did France not score there.

  • Registered Users Posts: 348 ✭✭Raving_Magic

    THAT'S A TRY!?

I agree. They deserve it. Best team over the last few weeks

France scored a try there and the officials missed it

Incredible from France. Throwing it away

    That could be red

“Barnesy, mate...” this type of X Factor
stuff from the ref is nauseating.

Willhelmse deserves a serious bollocking though. Edwards won’t be happy. Give it up for Wales though, they take their chances and make their experience count.

I'm not - had some great rugby teams in the past , this lot play an awful brand of rugby.

Fawk France actually scored and they all missed it.

This is great entertainment to be fair! :D

Looks like he did score there. Should have at least looked at it given how pedantic is been.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,357 ✭✭✭✭sligeach

This is some cynical dirt from Wales.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,015 ✭✭✭almostover

    This is a joke

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,537 ✭✭✭touts

Any other team would have a penalty try against them at this point

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,749 ✭✭✭Dr. Bre

    Jones should have walked

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,341 ✭✭✭theVersatile

Double movement for the one in the corner.

    Pearce has bottled this.

He's already given a disciplinary warning to Wales and binned two players. He should automatically give a third yellow.

Are 2 yellows not enough of a warning already without having to give another warning?

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,946 ✭✭✭KH25

How is that not another card? Joke.

    Lot of whinging on here.

You win very little without playing on the absolute edge. You play the ref and officials.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 52,619 ✭✭✭✭tayto lover

Refereeing as bad as Gaelic and Soccer.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,551 ✭✭✭SeaFields

He can't not give a yellow there after the warning

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,469 ✭✭✭rodge123

Ah France what are ye at calling a scrum, decent the chance of it winding down time.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,230 ✭✭✭A-Train

That should be another yellow card

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 25,999 ✭✭✭✭Strumms

“ you are making life really hard for me “

Ehhh another yellow sorts that. Weak as fûck refereeing.
