No Response to Emails

    I've sent two emails to sales@richersounds.ie, the first on 15th March at 8am, but I haven't received a response. Do you not monitor that email anymore?

    We do monitor that email address quite regularly. If you PM me with your email address and query I can have a search and see if it was missed!

    Hi Kavrocks,

    just checked that out ( your Boardie name made the email tracking a synch ;) ) and we did reply at 09:37 on the 15th and I can see you mailed again on the 21st at 06:28 and we replied at 13:15 ( apologies that one was a bit late - we only open at 13:00 on Sundays).

    We do hear that a lot of spam filters ID our mail as it's a 'sales@' mail so it would be worth checking out your junk mailbox - but without posting the full response here ( for your privacy) the answer was yep, no problem ;)

    My apologies. It did go to my spam folder. Any previous emails I've had from sales@richersounds.ie didn't go to my spam folder. Sorry about that but thank you very much for looking into it and getting back to me I will respond by email.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
