Drilling into concrete gravel boards

    I am looking to fasten a garden trellis and conduit to a concrete kickboard. Similar to picture.
    Is this suitable for drilling into and inserting wall plugs etc.

    Yes, Have done the same. Rawl plugs with screws to attach driveway lights down low onto them.

    You shouldn't have any issue, there are a few rebars in them you might hit but slim chance. just watch your depth on the drill bit that you dont go right through and you should be fine.

    I have inserted coach bolts into the gravel boards from behind and attached vertical batons. If this helps in any way
