On a more serious note; I'm painfully aware of my ignorance on many subjects.

I still don't know which one is Ant and which one is Dec.

Ant always stands on the left, Dec on the right as we look at the screen.

Think of it as reading their names from left to right, Ant... then Dec.

    /thread :)

I still don't know which one is Ant and which one is Dec.

Ant and Dec only appear in the correct order. The one on the left is ant and the right is dec:

I have a vague idea why benzene rings, honey-combs and the giant's causeway are all in that hexagonal shape. I want to say its something to do with the underlying chemical structure, but I don't know. I will never know, and if someone explains it to me, i still won't know. It's just one of life's mysteries.

    Some definitions of words.

Like "asinine" for example. I see it, I think uhhh, I look it up, I nod my head, I almost instantly forget what the **** it means.

Recently the wife asked what "scoundrel" means, I knew what it meant in essence, but not the proper definition.

For 3 pin plugs anyway...... with the plug opened up, and looking at the pins Brown cable b R own=Right pin.
    Blue cable b L ue= Left pin.
Remaining cable to earth only connection left.

In Poland we counted it on our knuckles. Just close your fist and look at the knuckles. Extruding part is 31, between knuckles is 30. So starting counting with the first knuckle is January 31, then between in February 28 (not 31) etc, and the last knuckle on the hand is July 31 and then it is the first knuckle on the next hand August 31 and so on. And just remember that February is 28 or 29.

That makes my head hurt:) My reading of that is Jan is 31, Feb is 28/29, March 31 then 30 then 31 then 30 and so on.... 31 days every 2nd month.
