Closing account form filled but account still open

    Good morning, in December I filled the online form to close the account (after the last transaction in order to empty it as specified in the procedure) and I noticed some days ago that the account is still open and also with negative balance since the fees keep being charged. I tried to email the bank but haven’t received any answer yet.

    Thanks for checking this with us today. We're sorry to hear this has happened, if you are still able to log in on 365, it would be best to select "services" > "send us a message". One of our colleagues can certainly look into this further for you. We hope this helps.
