Does anybody know if this this is essential to get taken out when renting a commercial property for a 5 year lease term?

I’ve got a few quotes ranging from 800 euros to 1400 euros.

The building is a shell four plain walls concrete floor and roof and part of a block of 6 units. There is skylight in the roof.

Money is tight so I’m wondering if this is essential as I don’t know what actually the surveyor is going to assess considering it’s just 4 walls.
