Grape vine pruning

I planted this vine around 18months ago . It grew about 4m over 3 vines. It's got leaves coming on fast but not at the ends ,sould I prune it back to the last node ? It's a black hamburg and it's actually planted outside.

I think it a bit late to prune grapes. One of ours got damaged last week(one shoot) and it 'bled' for a bout two days. I was amazed at the speed of the liquid dripping from it.
