Recently I have been getting more that annoyed with Google popups as I am deleteing all the cookies and data when closing Firefox.

I am sharing what I did, hope it helps :)

I am using Firefox and a userscript manager.

For the Script manager, I use Violentmonkey because it is open source and actively developed:
    https://violentmonkey.github.io/
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/violentmonkey/

    You can use as well:
Tampermonkey - originally developed for Chrome (then ported to WebExtensions), and it's closed source
Greasemonkey - "dad" of script managers on Firefox, but rarely updated

Once you are set, install the following just install this script from the Greasy Fork repository:
    Google Shut Up!
    https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/410687-google-shut-up
It will answer YES to any of the consent propmt for you (you can modify the code to your liking)

    Et Voila!
