Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dell Home vs Business Laptop

I'm doing some contact work and was looking at a Dell XPS 15 to replace my 6 year old HP EliteBook.

On the Dell Home User section the laptop costs €2,128.99 including VAT yet the Dell Business section the exact same laptop costs €2,129 excluding VAT, so the total comes to €2,643.77.

Why is the business version so much more expensive?

If it's the exact same physical product, presumably it's the warranty and service that are different. Business usually has three years on site same day or next day service. Home is 12months off site service.

Warranty, there will be next day callout warranty

It's the same laptop, both specs are identical and both come with 1Y ProSupport and Next Business Day Onsite Service (Included in price)

I just find it strange the the Home User laptop price, including VAT, is the same as the Business User version without adding any VAT. It just doesn't make sense to me.
