    Hi,
Can anyone point me in the right direction please. I am looking for someone to record the noise coming from the apartment above me and I am unsure who to get or what line to follow.
Refurbishments took place and now we can hear everything and we’ve had enough and are looking into the legal route.
Tried Management company and letting agent but landlord won’t respond. Phone isn’t good enough quality.

Just record it on your phone.
If you cant record it on a phone its probably not as loud as you think it is.
You shouldnt needs specialists to record loud noises,

    residential tenacy board,
your dwelling is below standard for sound quality etc caused by building work
    damaging the sound barrier insulation
