Two of my choices got through and another lost out in the deciding vote! Another one of the songs that got through was one I had considered voting for, so it cancels out the one that I just missed out on!

Just to save me going back through the thread, ‘Revolution’ got through, right?

I know Revolutions 1 & 9 got the boot but the “loud” version surely got through.

No.

I thought about bringing up that Revolution 1 on the album and Revolution 1 the single are basically different songs and only the album version got an airing, but I didn't.

I'd been poindexterish enough - "Ehhh, well ackshully you've forgotten these particular songs also" - so I figured, fck it, and, I couldn't imagine it getting too far in the competition - Judging by the ways voting was going.

I was sure it did. I've definitely listened to the loud version in the last week or two but obviously not in relation to the competition it seems.

The OP said that only songs that appeared on an album would be included, so unfortunately the single version didn't make the cut. I'd never actually heard Revolution 1 before, it really is different. I still liked it though and included it as one of my wildcards, but it was always going to be a long shot.
