In My Life vs Cry Baby Cry: I do feel bad voting against Cry Baby Cry, because it won't go any further in the competition and it's a great spooky and menacing often overlooked album track, one which I do like: quintessential White Album weirdness. But is it better, pound for pound, than In My Life? I can't say that it is.

Do You Want to Know a Secret vs The Night Before - "Help" was the first album I bought, I have a soft spot for it.
Ticket To Ride vs Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown) - again, it's on "Help", but it's also a cracking single.

She Loves You: still a classic after all these years.

Do You Want to Know a Secret

Ticket to ride vs Norwegian Wood - Oh man. Yesterday I abstained on a vote because I equally didn't care for either song. It's the exact opposite in this case, I have great difficulty choosing between these two songs. At this exact moment I marginally prefer the subtlety and ennui of Norwegian Wood, but I love Ticket to Ride as well.

I'm Only Sleeping vs Your Mother Should Know: YMSK has definitely gone far enough, hopefully some of the McCartney by the numbers numbers will start to dissappear from here on in, if people have any sense.

From Me to You vs Doctor Robert: Okay Doctor Robert is pretty cool and hip and From Me to You is pure moptop era, but I still kinda prefer its pure pop perfection. Marginal this one.

Eight Days a Week vs Let it Be: Let it Be is great and if it won here I wouldn't complain, but EDAW is, like From Me to You from above, a slice of pop music history that I still enjoy listening to marginally more than the other song in this match up.

A lot of very close decisions there.
