    Like The Long and Winding Road, Something is a tedious, tepid ballad and ADITL is very good.

    Dear Prudence
    A tight match but although I enjoy the Pink Floyd-esque bizarro world of LITSWD, I have to go for the cracking cover of Siouxsie & The Banshees. It subtly, acoustically builds into a atmospheric crescendo and it has an interesting, unique vocal rhythm; it almost makes me think of ghosts for some reason.

    I'm Down
    Very early rock n'roll vibe, like a hodgepodge of Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard and The Monkees and beats The Long and Winding Yawn into submission.

    Get Back vs Penny Lane - Get Back rocks. Penny Lane is obviously great but I've heard it too often.
    No Reply vs Back in the U.S.S.R - I expressed my love for Back.. in the last round, I'd just like to point out how much fun McCartney has with the lyrics and the various Russian-themed puns.
    Sexy Sadie vs Yellow Submarine - Sexy Sadie has a great arrangement with the barroom piano and Lennon's high vocals.

    A Day in the Life vs Something - two heavyweights here but ADITL is just too good.
    Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds vs Dear Prudence - in general I prefer the more stripped back White Album to the more ornate Sgt Pepper, definitely the case with these two.
    The Long and Winding Road vs I'm Down - as I said in the last round, TLAWR is a bit overrated. It's a nice tune but it tries too hard to be "timeless" (Macca apparently wanted it to be recorded by the likes of Sinatra). I'm Down is a great little rocker.

    Get Back vs Penny Lane: Get Back is great, but Penny Lane is deeper and richer.

    No Reply vs Back In The USSR: No reply is great and hits you like a brick.

    Sexy Sadie vs Yellow Submarine: Yellow Submarine is charming and all but I love Sexy Sadie: the edge, the bitterness, the groove, it's a really underrated classic. It's probably going to lose out here and that's a shame.

    Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds vs Dear Prudence: Not much in it, but LITSWD wins out because the chorus is more banging and the song feels like more of a ride.
