Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Iarnrod Edna is rubbish and full of mistakes despite enthusiasts providing the makers with correct photographs, film and information.

In September 2007 it was probably worth about €2m.

In September 2008 it was probably worth about €2.

Watching Enda Kenny is like watching paint dry? Seán, listening to paint dry is more interesting than listening to you.

Joe's angle? Programmes like this should be presented by a 'professional ' Like our Joe. Otherwise he would not be airing this.

Joe's opportunity to throw muck at FG on behalf of FF

    Yep.

Joe wouldn’t tolerate this if it was criticism of Bert Ahern

The programme is clearly a direct clone of Michael Portillo's programme.

I'd agree with this caller that Enda doesn't have the charisma for that type of programme, but it's very clear this caller just doesn't like Enda Kenny.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,008 ✭✭✭✭2smiggy

is this a dislike to FG thing ?

and how does he know if he is getting paid or not ?

    A bitter sounding fellow

It's just for the tourists and being factually correct doesn't come into it. What is the grumpy fecker giving out about?

I felt the same when Nora Owen got that TV presenting job when she retired. Taking the bread out of somebody else's mouth in spite of the fact that she was very well looked after by the state for her service.

He must have completely avoided all tech stocks, most are higher now than they ever were pre Covid.

I would have thought seen as D'Arcy is being paid for doing way less than they signed him up for, surely it would have made sense to make him cycle around the place (lets admit it, he would have loved that) instead of paying Kenny
