Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Some of those seem like self-sabotage. What is the schedule like?

Iarnród Eireann has been trying to close down our local railway for years, only local/political opposition is stopping them. So they changed the arrival times to 9am for connections in Limerick Junction and Ballybrophy, so useless for commuters and students.

Then they go back to the politicians and say "look! Only pensioners use it"

I kid you not but there is a student in wexford who want a new rail service to run from Wexford to Waterford at a cost of 650 million so he can go to college. Made headline in local paper.

I remember one time using a hilariously slow wiggly train from Limerick Junction to Clonmel, in stitches at it. Reminiscent of a train in west Wales.

I feel so sorry for ShinAwhil

Not that they have pretty much had RTÉ Sunday night entertainment slot for the past 20 years with one exception which was The All Ireland Talent Show.

You're A Star (amazing... 5 stars Joe Duffy)
Fame (brilliant... 5 stars Joe Duffy)
The Voice (Exuberant .... 5 stars Joe Duffy)
Celebrity You're A Star (Amazing .... 5 stars Joe Duffy)
Dancing With The Stars (fantastic ... 5 stars joe duffy)

I suspect Larry Bass and his cronies spends their time watching ITV and BBC, kooking at what Ant and Dec are cueently up to and then tries to flog a substandard, low-rent version of it to RTE. Not a hint of imagination or creativity in that TV company

I think one of the best things on RTE is Ireland's fittest family, no coincidence it's a different production company.
It has been sold to tonnes of other countries.
