What she seems to be missing is the stomach will eventually shrink back to normal proportions, but it's too easy to put a bit extra in.

I got my entire 6 feet of colon and connecting tissues removed through keyhole... 7 small incisions including rear end excised.

She knows neighbours, workmates, friends etc have had this done. Seems to be big problem in where she lives.

Had it done in 2016 due to overwhelming colitis. Cured! Living with ileostomy is fine and even has a few advantages.
