No Credit Card eStatement history available

    With the move over to BOI365 from Card Care, the historic eStatement do not seem to have transfered, and there is only visibility of current transactions, when will this service be available?

    Hi Malcolm,

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on Boards.ie.

    Your statements should be visible on your 365 online account if you select the Credit Card and then the statements tab. Once a statement is generated (depending on the frequency set, generally it would be monthly) it too will appear on your 365 online account here.
