Leinster line out just goes from bad to worse. It's awful.

I think both teams have consistently done their homework on each others lineouts. It seems to be way more contested and have more turnovers that most other fixtures, to me.

Delighted to see Tommy O'Brien back. He's someone with a big future bit I juried have hampered him a lot this season.

O’Loughlin has been feeling sorry for himself since his first knock on.

They’re entitled to tackle you fella.

Soft hands from Coombes..and should be a try

    Some finish from Murray

“You can’t learn that” says Toland.

Coaches May as well stay at home so.

Is there any way to turn off Toland's commentary? Something in the Eir app perhaps?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,354 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

I seriously wonder what game Toland is watching.

He's banging on about Munster's continuity of play, but earlier on he was bemoaning the amount of Munster knock ons an turn overs conceded in Leinsters 22.

Scoreline more reflects the disparity between the teams now.

I can’t wait for Eir to lose their rights for it just so I don’t have to listen to him anymore.

    He's plain atrocious.

10 minutes ago he raved about Carberys 5 yard kick in the air that he (luckily) caught himself as an amazing piece of skill... Kerrrrriste!

He keeps referencing the pro14 final

Leinster's team has a chunk of 3rd or 4th choice guys on the pitch

Ah lads there's zero chance Beirne was actually supporting his own body weight.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,008 ✭✭✭leakyboots

Beirne again, a joy to watch on the deck

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,730 ✭✭✭✭Squidgy Black

HOS has been really poor with his decision making at the back of the maul, the amount of times Munster players have swam through when he has hands on the ball but doesn't use it

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,366 ✭✭✭yerrahbah

Tadhg Beirne doing Tadhg Beirne things

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,442 ✭✭✭KaneToad

Poor by Leinster. Making ground with forwards keeping it tight. Then fling it wide when there is no overlap or mismatches.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,354 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

In a game where Munster have won the collisions and dominated the breakdown, Carbery really hasn't done much.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,442 ✭✭✭KaneToad

I like Ben Healy. Hope he gets a good 10mins.

DDA going for O'Brien until he realised Fardy was around

When crowds are back I’ll miss breakdown penalty roars between these two sides

And he's been quite slow and sluggish with his distribution. Whilst it's very much a Leinster second XV against a near Munster first XV and a bigger challenge because of that, he's really done nothing to further his case to be an option at scrum half.

    Haley taking the lineout!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

    Cheap shot by Fardy.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,705 ✭✭✭The Inbetween is mine

That was a sexy drive !

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,366 ✭✭✭yerrahbah

Munster lineout has shored up since Haley went into it

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 39,108 ✭✭✭✭PTH2009

Good stuff but cant take our eye off the ball still need to get that top 2 position

Is this Leinster replacement 9 20 going on 47 or what?

    Possible BP territory here now

Yeah I have a feeling he won't be getting a contract before the end of the season.

Would expect Munster to put another 10 on us now with Foley in the bin

    Great Maul

Toland will give the CJ Stander award to De Allende I suppose

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,721 ✭✭✭clsmooth

As strange as it sounds, I think Harry Byrne might be the big winner from tonight. Which Munster back row will win Toland’s MOTM?

How did the ref not see Leinster hands on the ball there

De Allende would have been in my top 3 so no complaints there.

Another score or two here for Munster if their ruthless.

Does anyone apart from Munster really give a **** about this given we are have a Champions Cup game to concentrate on....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,354 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Not much to shout about from a Leinster perspective. I'm glad Ringrose and Ryan got a good 60 minutes runout. And TOB looked lively in the few moments he actually got his hands on the ball.

It was a second/third string side in many regards but I still think we should have performed better. Set piece and breakdown was a mess and a lot of the time was of our own making.

    Their ruthless what? Efficiency?

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,230 ✭✭✭A-Train

Eir are comical with their commentary Munster full strength team versus an at best 3rd string team that look like they have never met each other before bar playing with each other.

Larmour had a bit of a kick out at Casey there.

A training run in a mish mash tournament for Leinster, HOS may start looking for a new contract elsewhere.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Loughman has been great off the bench.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,836 ✭✭✭Bogwoppit

    Jaysus Toland is some dose.
