Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Disagree and you're literally the last person I will ever have a debate with on Pogba.

But he's not that far off. He will very often stand in with a player between him and the ball and make no more than a cursory effort to get into space or drop to get the ball when he's in that type of mood, which he seems to be today.

He's been fairly crap today, but he's not alone, just he's Paul Pogba, and we all know how brilliant he is supposed to be and we expect more from him than we do from Fred/McTominay etc, yet for someone so talented, he sure knows how to look average at times*

    *
WhoScored have him down as the worst midfielder so far. Lindeloff the worst defender and surprisingly on form, Shaw trucking along behind him

Only way is up though. Expect a better 2nd half. I'd hope Mata is brought on to help unlock the defence a bit with movement and good passing.

The most shocking thing was how inline they were, so they'd obviously worked on it a fair bit cause we know they struggle to keep a line!

No, it was completely ridiculous and definitely to protect De Gea you would imagine. I love Dave but still hope this is his swansong.

The high ball would only be an issue for De Gea if he ever came for one. He could have either come for it or did a better job at reacting to a bad shot at his near post but did neither.

If only we could transplant the Pogba from 4 years ago into this team, apples and oranges.

It's absolutely diabolical at this level. You only need a half decent delivery to be in serious bother.

Anyway, f it, need a huge first 25 mins because we've nothing on the bench.

Are you trying to put some blame on the keeper?

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a team as amateur at set pieces as we are. Genuinely vulnerable from every single one, no matter where it is.

We constantly look panicked. Every single time.

There is absolutely no guile to AWB's passing. He's a major issue for me. Teams can just double up on other players and let him have the ball because he's no threat.

He has been dreadfully exposed since he joined due to our lack of a right sided player.

    So has Bruno being honest.

Yeah probably not all his fault as he can be isolated on that side at times but he needs to do a lot better.

Sound, as usual people in here just ignore the points made to get a cheap dig.

I’ve criticised Pogba on many occasions but I don’t believe you can give an objective opinion on him. Happy to debate with you on anything else.

I think he’s been one of our better players so far.
