Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dunno why anybody is celebrating United conceding tbh. This fixture list is a shambles and I wanted to keep doing well

given the world today its hard to know if you're serious or not.

but if you are, coming out as in announcing himself on the scene.

Darn, I forgot the smiley face to confirm

    GREENWOOD YOU BEAUTY

I really don't care if Liverpool get Champions League or not. Finishing just a few points behind City and well clear of third is more important imo

    Yessss!

Two great goals so far in game.....Matic and Donny yet to get any rhythm going in midfield.

I know this is a real weakened side but I really want us to at least make City win the league and not hand it to them before their next game

Love Mason, he's got this way of scoring with almost a low scuff, happens way too often not to be intentional.

shearer did a piece saying it was due to a short backlift and being able to snap his downswing quickly

There's only 2 players who aren't part of the majority of squads out there. People are acting like it's the whole U23 team.

Some of the stuff said on the PL and Pool thread was hilarious. That goal has egged a few faces.

We need another right back. Don't think Williams is gonna cut it..

I agree. I think he just isn't quite good enough

Ethan Laird looks like the better RB prospect out of the two. I wouldn't be surprised to see Williams out on loan and Laird in the squad next season.

    1-3 ?

I can see a bad pass leading to us conceding

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,948 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

Williams is not looking great out there

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,736 ✭✭✭Bleating Lamb

Amad doing very well so far.....apart from giving one silly back pass to de Gea imo Williams has done very well, has a great quick turn to get away from trouble and a good passer of ball.....don’t think we need to be looking at buying another player as understudy to AWB if Williams and possibly Dalot are around.

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,054 ✭✭✭wanderer100

Williams has been atrocious unfortunately. He really could have done with a loan this season

    No, he's looking pretty ****e..

De Gea nearly injuring both himself and Tuanzebe there with his lack of authority.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 31,948 ✭✭✭✭Mars Bar

Van Dé Beek also not having a great game

Think he catches keepers out by his speed of thought his QUICK feet and often getting shots off early. In fairness that was perfectly across the keeper and sqeezed in, couldn't be any tighter.

That’s the great thing with sport;) ....we all see different things:)

He has only lost possession once, gave one silly back pass to de Gea alright where Vardy nearly got in but apart from that he has given a few nice passes going forward and across the pitch as well

  • Registered Users Posts: 862 ✭✭✭unplayable

tielemans is serious player would love us to sign him

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,844 ✭✭✭py2006

Is it just me or does Greenwood look more confident in this role. His body langauge and movement

I think he's given it away more than once and the foul throw. He just doesn't look that confident on the ball.

A shocker. He seems to have no situational awareness

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,214 ✭✭✭✭StringerBell

Leicester are fairly ****e here, no intensity at all from them. You'd have thought they'd have been wound up to go for the kill when they saw the teamsheet, they are gonna bottle top 4 again by the looks of it.

If the game stays 1-1 by 70-80 mins, I wonder whether Ole will bring on Bruno, Cavani & Pogba and go for it

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,369 ✭✭✭Rossi IRL

Williams way off the pace, only tries to pass it backwards

Bailly off the pace, Tuanzebe got lost for the goal

Van De Beek not looking great

    Matic playing great

Elanga looks raw but a few decent moments

Greenwood playing well so far, demanding the ball to feet a few times which is good.

Amad looks conformable and is helping out defensively, would like to see him ahead of AWB as Williams is offering nothing.

what is the rule these days on handballs cos amad defo handled it?

When did Matic turn into a samba soccer player? A few times he's beat a player with a little trick, including in his own box with only DeGea behind him :/

They removed the "if the ball strikes the hand in the build up to a goal then its automatically ruled out" rule this season anyway. Couldn't exactly tell you what the actual rules are right now though.

He started his career as an attacking mid and has always been very tidy on the ball.
