I was thinking before that second goal that a few small tweaks and we can really hurt these in second half. Terrible goal to give away. Pogba with the stupid foul in the first place never mind losing his man. He was actually causing them problems going the other way too.

Fred and McTominay are limited footballers when they play teams at this level. They take too many touches and the passing is inconsistent.

Rashford has to be playing injured. He is not anywhere near his usual explosive self the last couple months. He will do well to see the second half.

Don't know what the lads were talking about for the Bailly challenge. He never should have gone for it but it was never a foul once he did. The follow through wasn't even that bad.

I think Shaw is having his worst game in a long time now.

Saying all that, if we are just a little bit tighter with the ball, we will get at these.

I don’t want to slump on Pogba but was involved with both goals we conceded from set pieces.

Doesn’t seem solid defending them at all despite his size.

Rashford might as well not be on the pitch. Hook him and bring on Mason.

Brutal at the back as usual at set pieces. Why the **** move Lindelof to the left? Why not stick Bailly there? Keep the disruption to a minimum.

Never a pen. No idea what Sky are on about.

Pogba was doubly at fault for the second goal. Giving away the free needlessly cause Bruno was pretending to be injured and then going asleep for the free.


We played well up to the equalizer despite being very lose at times.

I’m gonna say it again. Either play Rashford on the left or through the middle or don’t play him. He is literally useless on the right on a consistent bases.
I mean the ball is played wide to the right and I expect to see him run onto it but it’s usually Bruno or AWB with Rashford nowhere to be seen. I don’t know if he has it in his head he can’t play there, is maybe sulking or it’s just not going for him. I don’t care. We have a player on the bench who is more comfortable in that position and more of a goal threat.

McTominays form is very worrying and Fred is Fred. We badly need a Matic type replacement to get some control in games like this when under pressure.


Our set piece defending is laughable at this stage. Something has to be done about it.

This game was always going to be bigger for Liverpool.

Playing such a weak side against Leicester looks a huge mistake now.

The way we're defending we'll lose to Fulham and Wolves and end up third.
