Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Turn off hot water supply.

    Hi there, I need to change the washers on a mixer tap but cannot find how to turn off the hot water supply. Cold water is just outside but their is no cut off for either under the sink. The hot water is coming from a solar tank but doesn't have any valve between that and the sink. Any help appreciated, thanks.

    Cut the cold water supply to the hot water cylinder(there should be a valve on the cold water pipe that's feeding the cylinder). This will stop the hot water.
