Moving home but keep current mortgage

Hi, We are thinking about moving home to a bigger home. We would not need to borrow more as we would have the additional cost to purchase tge new property ourselves. Is it possible to move our current mortgage as is, onto a new property? Or what is the process involved? Many thanks
