    Hi,

My current TV (LG 55LB730V) seems to be on the way out (Display has a lot of shadows and keeps blacking out), so I think it s time to start look to replace it with a 65" with similar (or better) capabilities for under €1,000 (delivered to ROI (Kildare)).

I would be looking for a smart TV with a bright screen (the LG picture quality is perfect for me but is a bit dark particularly during the day) and good sound (sometimes have trouble hearing dialogue over background sounds on some movies.  I presume this is the way the movie sound is delivered).

I use an enigma box for sat and Saorview channels and PVR (the LG is clunky switching from Saorview to satellite) but if the TV can handle that then all the better.  I think I am looking for Android (or if LG WebOS) as I would like all the usual tv player and streaming apps and YouTube.

I like LG and Samsung but am open to alternatives

    Thanks for reading
