DNA - dog fouling problem

This is great news imo!
Initially only a pilot scheme in Leitrim but I hope it takes off and is implemented in the country, especially Galway.

The city and surrounds is rife with dog owners not giving a sh1te and leaving their animals crap everywhere.

I've never understood why dogs are so smart, but they can't be trained to crap in litter boxes or similar.

Maybe your on to something, maybe it's the humans that need training!
Seriously though, it's so dangerous for young kids, never mind disgusting.

They can. Most child humans **** on themselves until they're two. There are dogs in full time jobs at that age.
