Anyone got a recommendation for a solictor for renting to council?

Struggling to find anyone that will take it on. Basically need to sign house over to council for 20 years under RAS and need a solicitor to finalise it. (I'm in SDCC for reference). Anyone got any recommendations? Thanks.
