Removing credit balance from credit card.

    Hello,
    I am shortly expecting a substantial refund on my credit card.
    I do not want to leave these funds as 'credit' on my credit card.

    Can I transfer this 'credit' balance out of my credit card to my normal bank account?
    What other options are available?

    You certainly can. If you contact our Credit Card Services Team on 1890251251 one of my colleagues will be happy to help with this! They are open from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
