Hi, LL sent us a rent increase letter, within the time frame so no issues there,

We pay 240e per month to LL and HAP pay the balance of 1,600e to LL directly. We make also make a contribution to HAP of

When the LL is increasing by the 4%, is it on the 1,553e or is on the combined total of 1,600e + 240e = 1,840euro

Last year she increased it to 1,600e, so I thought it should be 1,664e?

The rental amount is what it says on the lease . Then increases that were applied after. Doesnt matter who.pays what portion

Yep. It's an internal matter between the tenant and HAP who picks up the increase.
