    We have a loan offer at the moment on a new build but it looks like we will need to get an extension or start a new mortgage application as it is up in July. Has anyone else had to do this?

    Ya just send in updated versions of all your paperwork and it should be no issue if your circumstances have not changed

    I had mortgage offer /approval but may was th deadline for draw down

    Due to covid and the house not being ready I needed an extension

    Got a salary cert done again
    Wife who is a different bank got payslips and salary cert (no renewed bank statements needed (
    All very straightforward
    Approved immediately
    Once your employment circumstances haven't changed , all should be fine
