One 4 all - Refund from Retailer?

Hi, I haa one 4 all voucher for over 200e. I used it to purchase an item in Argos. I want to return the item as doesn't suit (not opened, within 14 days). Problem is I got rid of the card I used so what kind of refund (if any) am I entitled to? Is it store credit or am I goosed because I don't have the one 4 all card?…

Ask for Store Credit, see 13.3 here https://www.one4all.ie/terms-condition

"13.3 If a Participating Retailer becomes liable to make a refund to you, we will not credit the amount of any refund to the Card. All refunds are a matter between you and the relevant Participating Retailer."
