BOI App Issues (iPhone)

I am trying to help my father navigate the new BOI App (he is trying to pay a credit card). We get to the "Payments" page but from that point on none of the options seem to work for him (this is over the phone so I can't see what he is doing exactly), tapping any of the items does nothing. Is there a known issue here?

Hi There,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.

Can I ask if your father only has a BOI Credit Card with us? If so, the option to pay his Credit Card is not available on 365 Online banking.

However, there are a number of other ways to pay your credit card bill:
      By direct debit

      Payment from another bank

      Paying at a Bank of Ireland branch
