After months of floating in corners that get headed away (Alisson the exception) we take a short one and work a better angle. Praise the lord, maybe they've copped on to trying something different.

They have also stopped with the stupid crosses from deep that seemed to be our only attacking plan for a good 4 months.

We know, that’s why they’re 5th and 6th choice or whatever it is. I think VVD would struggle with Williams alongside him, he’s lost out there and that was before the head knock.

Thoroughly deserved. Should be 5 up. Carrragher talking sh1te about Burnley being the better side. We have looked loose, especially down the Williams Robbo channel but overall we've been OK if not spectacular. Closer it out until the break, sort out the defensive structure a bit at the break, and score again before the hour.

First shot on target and it's a goal slightly fluffed by Norris. Mission for the second half is shot at any opportunity knowing the keeper is likely going to fluff the save. Wijnaldum Thiago and Fabinho need to shoot outside the box a couple of times and we'll definitely get more.

Definitely going to need another goal here. Haven’t played great but had about 5 good chances all the same. Williams looks very nervy at the back.

Also, they are pushing up on us when we have the ball. I wouldn't be adverse to bypassing midfield a few times and put them back, we're passing the ball OK at the back but no harm in punting it now and then and our them facing their own goal now and then.

Even in the Last 2 seasons when we were practically winning every game there were matches like this where we ground it out. Would be surprised if Burnley get one back before 55 but we still run out 3 - 1 winners
