It will be a big ask to get 4th and it will largely depend on Thiago & Keita being available along with Nunez.

When you see the investment made by Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea, Newcastle, West Ham and City getting Haaland, it is not surprising.

Hopefully Pep will not extend that contract next summer and we buy 2/3 midfielders😀

It's like groundhog day. Watching the same game over and over. Lots of huffing and puffing, but not much creativity to create a clear cut chance. Getting up near the box and then just dithering. And then all of a sudden the opponent's forward is in acres of space and scores.

Since scoring the equaliser against Fulham Salah has not done anything of note in the last 3 and a half games that justifies the new contract.

He should have put away at least 1 or 2 of the 4 chances he had against Bournemouth.

He hasn't made any contribution in this half. Hasn't even been able to beat his man 1v1

Hard one for Diaz? That was an absolutely fantastic chance and he fluffed it. He has loads of time to compose himself after rounding keeper. We paid for that miss soon after. Awful miss

Klopp needs to calm down on the touch line too. He's getting sucked in to the sxxthousery on display and could get sent to the stands if he keeps screaming at the 4th official

It's just so stale, Diaz and Elliott the only ones performing. Full backs are awful, Henderson and Firmino terrible.

We talk about Henderson. And he was horrific for that goal.

But Fabinho is just as bad in there. The CBs haven't a prayer. We can't build up anything unless it's Eliott, or a counter attack.

And this is a game where Diaz is frustrating, but could easily rescue us with a worldie. He simply holds the ball too long, doesn't compliment Robertson and doesn't bring others into play.

Because we have no security of possession. VVD wouldn't be anywhere near there if Trent hadn't miskicked it, leaving Robbo out of position.

Different players keep losing the ball, and as a result, Robbo is getting caught upfield and leaving us exposed. If your midfield can't give you security of possession, you'll be banging a low block defence and countered into submission.

Feels like teams have cottoned on to the fact that if you press us with intensity we don't react well and have started coughing up possession coming out of defence.

We are coughing up some very clear cut chances as well. Well, Newcastle only had one but it was better than anything we've created.
