Hi all

I’m trying to get a site passed in the north and having a bit of trouble . I’m currently living in a bungalow which could possibly be used to get a site via replacement. I’m just wondering is there any grants available for replacement dwellings or what is the situation in which you can apply for a grant. Also is there any other ways of getting a grant to built a house ? I’ve heard about a 80% Covid grant , not 100% about or to be honest . Anyone with any info would be greatly appreciated . Thanks
