Recommend Home Energy Surveyor

Hi, We live in a 1960's bungalow in Kildare. Had some upgrades done about 20 years ago, dry lining, roof insulation, etc but house cold and damp. Would like an overall survey on what can be done but not having much luck in finding a relevant surveyor. Anyone have any recommendations. Thanks.
