    Hi. Is there any way of getting a statement going back beyond 2014 which is the maximum date range available on 365? I'm looking to get a statement going back to 2009.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    We would keep financial records for up to 7 years. This means you can get statements going back 7 years(2014) on your online banking. We would not have the facility to provide statements prior to 2014.
